Applicable to: The total width of the false ear plate is 380mm, and after removing the false rod ear plate, the maximum horizontal dimension is 360mm, with a maximum longitudinal dimension of 140mm. Thickness: Specific thickness ranges from 1.1 to 5.0mm. Please consult the buyer's drawings for details.

System Features Remarks

1. This equipment uses main roll forming and roll cutting, offering high cutting precision and generating no waste.

2. The spacing of the suction cup material cutter is adjustable, compatible with cutting sheets into nine continuous sections.

3. Brush polishing motor ensures safe equipment performance.

4. Chain support guides are made of stainless steel, corrosion-resistant, and do not affect sheet performance.

5. Equipped with an automatic counting and stacking conveyor for cut sheets, capable of handling two connected pieces, and automatic transmission and collection of ear cutting waste.

6. PLC control ensures high reliability and easy maintenance.

7. Longitudinal and transverse conversion utilizes the company's proprietary patent, enabling fast and stable operation, completely overcoming the drawbacks of similar equipment. Roll cutting speed has increased from 20-30 pieces per minute to 60-100 pieces per minute.

8. The entire process uses dedicated pipelines to minimize lead dust generation and facilitate lead slag recycling, while better protecting the machine itself, reducing the invasive impact of lead dust, and extending the machine's service life.
